TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders will be accepted for delivery within New Zealand (North and South Islands).
Auckland metropolitan area is defined as from Orewa to Papakura excluding Hauraki Gulf islands.
We accept all major credit cards via the Paypal system or internet banking. Payment will be accepted in NZ dollars only.
Payment by online banking may not be checked until the next business day.
Product may be delivered by courier or N.Z. Post. Auckland deliveries may be made by a carrier.
We will process your order within two business days following payment in cleared funds and will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
Delivery timeframes are as follows:
Auckland deliveries: Delivery two working days.
Rest of North Island: Delivery three working days.
South Island; Delivery four working days.
Waiheke Island: Delivery three working days
Rural deliveries: All rural deliveries allow an extra working day to the above schedule.
Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
A full refund will be provided for any goods returned to our warehouse unopened and in their original condition. Returns must be made within 14 days of the original delivery. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
After 14 days, returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.
The privacy of your data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your data to any third party.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway (Paypal), using secure encryption.
